Autumn Show: 10th September

We are looking forward to another top notch show on 10th September. Once again this year Woodcote Green Garden Centre have made a generous donation to help with the cost of the event. We very much appreciate their support which will include raffle prizes totalling £100 in gift cards.

Staging for exhibitors is from 8:30 a.m. until 11.00 a.m. sharp. The Show is open to visitors at 2:00 p.m. Prize giving is at 4:30 p.m.

The strict deadline for entries is 4.00 p.m. Thursday 8th September 2016 and we will not accept any late entries after this deadline.

Details of how to enter are contained in the Show Schedule. One way is to e-mail your entries to me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and I will acknowledge receipt of your e-mail.

For first time exhibitors, let me reassure you that there is nothing to worry about and if you are not too sure what to do when setting up your exhibits, there will be plenty of people around to give you some help or give me a ring on (020) 8644 8673 beforehand or contact Louise Clarke the Assistant Show Secretary on (020) 8644 9291 or any other Committee Member. First time exhibitors don’t forget, it’s all good fun, we love to welcome new exhibitors and there’s tons of support. There’s also a good chance of winning one of our massive cash prizes!

If anyone has anything they can donate to the sales table, e.g. plants or produce, would they bring it along, in the morning if possible, please. Donations of cakes etc for our refreshments table will also be very welcome.

May I remind exhibitors (except for the children) who won cups & plaques last year for the Annual Awards, to bring them (engraved) to the A.G.M. on the 16th November when they will be presented to the 2016 winners.
