We collect this information so we can deliver items to you such as the Annual Handbook, and to keep you up to date with Society events.
HOW DO WE PROTECT THIS INFORMATION?
Your contact information is retained on a password protected computer and is not stored online. It is only accessed by Committee members when sending out information or renewing subscriptions.

Under no circumstances do we pass your information on to Third Parties.
YOUR CONSENT
By filling out our joining form or renewing your membership, you consent to our Privacy Policy. If you wish to have your information deleted from our records, please contact us at the email address below. This would constitute the termination of your membership of the Society.
